There are many activities going on at Upton Vale every week. There is something for everyone so simply click on the links below to find out more. 

• 18-30s: a programme of social events for those aged 18-30s.
• Alpha is an eight week course providing an opportunity to learn more about the basics of Christianity and ask all your questions. Click here to find out more about our next course.
• Alpha+ is a course for new Christians, those who have completed an Alpha course or those who have recently been baptised. This runs alongside our Alpha course. Contact David Morey at the Church Office (01803 400403) for more information.
• Book Group: An opportunity to share and discuss great and inspiring reads.
• Belonging: - A short course for people considering membership
• CAMEO (Come And Meet Each Other): a weekly get-together for people aged 65+. There are a variety of activities, quizzes and competitions and a chance to sit and chat to each other.
• Coffee Plus (Parenting): a weekly parenting course (with crèche). Each term looks at parenting a different age group.
• Just for Women: a bible study and prayer time for ladies on the second Friday of every month. Crèche provided.

• Ladies Events: a programme of social events for ladies of all ages.
• Marriage Course: A practical course for a strong and healthy relationship.
• Men’s Events: a programme of social and sports events for men of all ages.
• Men's Football: playing football every Friday night followed by drinks in a nearby pub to discuss the highlights!
• Monday Lunches: a weekly lunch club for people aged 65+.
• Money Management: A three week course to better equip you to manage your finances, irrespective of income or financial know-how.
• Morning Out (Parents and Toddlers): a weekly group for parents/carers and toddlers.
• Music Ministry: a group for people who are interested in serving and worshipping God through singing or playing an instrument.
• Newcomers: For those new to Upton Vale who want to find out more about the church.
• Parenting Courses: one course runs every Wednesday morning (during term time) and each term looks at parenting a different age group.
• Pathways: A course to help set you free from hurts, habits and hang-ups.
• Prayer at UV: a monthly get-together to pray for current issues.

• Small Groups are an integral part of the life of Upton Vale and we encourage everyone to join. Small Groups exist to help us grow as disciples of Jesus, in a setting of love that allows for openness, honesty and safety. As a diverse group of people we have a diverse mix of small groups. There is a small group for you at UV!
• UV Bikers are a group of people who love motorcycling.
