Coffee Plus is our parenting group. Each term we look at parenting a different age group. 

We look at areas like - how to cope with all the pressures of daily living and still meet children's needs for affection? How to cope with children who won't eat or sleep or co-operate? How to help children grow in confidence and self-esteem? These are just some of the questions discussed.

We have a course running at the moment which ends on 30th June and is looking at parenting children aged 5 to 15 years. There is no suggestion that there are easy answers to parenting. What suits one parent may not work for another? But you will find respect at this group for the fact that you and your family are different. You will also find practical ideas to apply in your own way in your own family. Each session starts at 9.30am and finishes by 11.30am. The course is held in Stokeinteignhead. Transport is available from Torquay and a crèche is provided.
