Just for women is for ladies of any age and experience to come together to pray and study the bible. We hope to encourage study and knowledge of the Bible, so that we can understand more of God's character, His working in our lives, and the Bible's relevance to us.

The format for is:-

9.30-10am     Coffee and cake  

10am-11am    Bible study and prayer (includes a creche)

                    15mins     Talk/teaching

                    15mins     Individual study

                    15mins     Group work

                    15mins     Praying in small groups

We meet on the second Friday of every month in the Basement at Upton Vale Baptist Church. A supervised creche is provided. We are currently studying 'Bad Girls of the Bible' and what we can learn from them, as follows:-

• Friday, 9th July: Sapphira - generous to a fault
• No Just for Women in August
• Friday, 10th September: Rahab - knockin' on heaven's door 
• Friday, 8th October: Jezebel - friend's in low places
• Friday, 12th November: Michal - out of step
• Friday, 10th December: The sinful woman - I beg our pardon
